For nearly ten years prior to BCB, Lindsay worked in publishing, advertising, and marketing at Hearst Magazines, MTV Networks, The Tribune Company and Time Inc for brands including Good Housekeeping, Redbook, Sports Illustrated, The Chicago Tribune, and Nickelodeon. As a University of Michigan Alum she bleeds maize and blue, but also has a soft spot for the Northwestern Wildcats where she earned her Master’s of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications. Lindsay herself wanted to connect with other expectant moms when she was pregnant, thus the catalyst behind starting the BCB brand.
BCB has worked with almost every brand in the baby industry. In 2011, BCB was named “Best Mommy Community” by Chicago Magazine. In 2014, Lindsay was named one of Crain’s Chicago Businesses’ Best Entrepreneurs. Besides her work life, she is a Detroit native living in Chicago since 2001. She now calls the northern suburbs of Chicago home and she lives there with her amazing husband, Daniel (who she met working at overnight camp over 20 yrs ago!), their two beautiful daughters and COVID puppy, Ollie.
